Afrika is NOT a country!

Now that that is out of the way, let’s dive into a journey around this stunningly beautiful continent with 54 countries – the second largest continent in the world after Asia. Yes, do not mind any of those world maps you see out there misrepresenting Afrika.

Numbers don’t lie.

Afrika is also the second most populous continent again after Asia. Remember, 54 countries! 54 diverse nations with their own history, culture, food, music, languages, a people, and traditions among others.

The best way to learn more about Afrika is by traveling to these countries and experiencing them one at a time. When you do this, you squash any stereotypes that label the continent in ways that not only expose one’s ignorance but their lack of hitherto ability to do research and/or a deliberate imprudence.

That said, this space will take you on a journey to discover Afrika in more ways than one.
